Prada Constructions offers a full Design and Construct Service – with all buildings Architecturally designed by the Prada Construction team. With over 20 years experience in the Perth market, Prada Constructions assists and facilitates the project from the initial stages, of concept planning, completing the building tailored to the specific needs and requirements within timeframes and budgets.

Tender

PROJECTS

Prada Constructions is actively and competitively involved in the tender market. We have the skills and the experience to tender on projects in a cost effective way to meet clients needs. We are able to achieve deadlines and respond with flexibility to changing situations. We provide value for money and the benefits include risk reduction, low maintenance, quality, reliability and satisfied customers.

Fire Pumps and

TANKS

Our constructions team regularly consults with the DFES and Fire Engineers to construct Fire Pump and Tank Stations. Facilities with over 12000m3 capacity, isolated and/or with tight access, will often require fire pumps and tank stations to be built onsite in order for the build to comply. Prada Construction has extensive experience in this field.

Specialty

REFRIDGERATION

Businesses in the food and beverage industry, often will require customised builds in order to facilitate their refrigeration requirements. Prada Constructions incorporates these design specifications into the design, and consults with the industry professionals to ensure a smooth coordination and execution.
